Laying the ground cover

The first 12' X 100' section.

A very labor intensive activity.

We used 3 rolls of 12 foot wide, 250 foot long ground cover. I will have to go back and find the specifications, but it was 10 year cover, I think.

Humphrey helped hold down the material until we could get it stabled down.

To hold the 8, 100 foot long sections down, we pounded in a 6 inch staple every 12 inches around the edge of each sheet. Total staples was just over 2,600. It took us about 3 hours to lay out each section and anchor it down.
